Print server configuration
You can print the currently edited receipt from Receipt Builder, to get a preview.
Before printing a receipt, you need to configure the print server in Receipt Builder. For more information, see Setting up Connect on-Device as a print server and Configuring Receipt Builder printer settings.
The Printer server port is the port the print server listens to. By default, the port used for print server communication is 1234. If the port is used by other software or is unavailable due to network policies, you can specify a different port. For information on which port to use, contact your network administrator.
The Printer server host is the IP number or network name of the computer running the print server. You can run Receipt Builder on the same computer as the print server. If Receipt Builder and the print server are running on the same computer, enter localhost as Printer server host.
