CIM
All PayComplete™ drivers support necessary events to function as intended. XFS classes developed outside of PayComplete™ need to support important commands and events to work properly.

For status and hardware events, the following must be supported:
WFS_SYSE_HARDWARE_ERROR
WFS_SYSE_DEVICE_STATUS
For deposit transactions, the following events must be supported:
WFS_SRVE_CIM_ITEMSINSERTED
For box content updates, due to filling or emptying, the following event must be supported:
WFS_SRVE_CIM_CASHUNITINFOCHANGED
For box content threshold alerts, the following event must be supported:
WFS_USRE_CIM_CASHUNITTHRESHOLD
Important
If events necessary for transactions are not supported, disabling transactions in the setup will allow OrchardMonitor to continue updating box content with correct counts. Otherwise, box content updates will not function properly.
