Coin or note jam in a device
Most errors/faults reported on the system are a result of either coin or note jams in the devices.
Clear any jammed coins or notes.
Open the Operator view.

Select Device status at the bottom of the window. The device status window appears on screen showing the status of all device/modules on the system.
When applicable, reset the individual device/module.
Device Name - the name of the device/module.
Status - displays the current status of the device/module.
Extended Status - by selecting Status you display extended information. The extended information is simply totals of holdings and should not be altered.
Reset - allows you to reset any devices when possible.
Toolbox - with the toolbox, you can test the functionality (available from software version 1.7.0 and up).
Starting from the top, select Reset for each module in an error state.
This resets the device and, if the error is cleared, displays OK.
Select Done to return to the Operator view.
Select Clear Errors to clear all errors from the system.
When Clear errors is completed (appears dimmed), select Logout to return to operative mode.
