This section describes the Connect on-Device interface on PC.
Customer screen
User instructions are shown on the screen placed on the front of the machine. When the machine is in a state where it can't be used, the customer screen displays an 'out of use' message, for example, “Not available. Service ongoing, please wait”.

Use the Service views to check the status of the system, reset devices, and clear error reports. There are three different service windows:
Status view
Operator view
Log view
Note
The status view should be open when the machine is running.
Press Alt + TAB to toggle between the views
To open the Operator view, enter your User ID and PIN code by using the service keyboard.
